1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of 7CS Communication Private Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

7CS Communications provides brand, digital marketing, advertising, web design and development, social media administration, SEO and related services. All services are subject to a written agreement or proposal prior to commencement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and required access/login.

• Respond, approve and respond to requests in a timely manner.

• Make payment as per the agreed terms.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments should be made in Indian rupees (INR) unless otherwise said.

• A non-refundable advance is required before work can commence.

• No refunds will be provided for services already delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

• All communication materials received through 7C are still our spiritual work.

• Upon full payment, the client acquires the right to delivery. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

We will not disclose any confidential information provided to you to any third party without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, random or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract within 15 days by giving written notice. However, the fee is payable for the entire work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services is dependent on your acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court.
